Atypical Spitz Tumor of the Lower Lip in a Pediatric Patient: This case report describes a 2-year-old girl who presented with a lower lip mass with intermittent bleeding, but no discharge, lymphadenopathy, or other oral lesions and was diagnosed with an atypical Spitz tumor.
