Superomedial partial arytenoidectomy for voice improvement by correction of posterior glottic insufficiency: ConclusionSPA is a safe and efficient procedure for voice improvement in patients with posterior glottic insufficiency due to an obstructing anteromedially prolapsed arytenoid.
